For developers and enterprises, fal is the foundation that makes generative media not just possible, but practical: a unified platform where high-performance inference, orchestration, and observability come together to unlock new categories of AI-native products.As generative media reshapes industries across a market projected to grow by hundreds of billions over the next decade, fal is becoming the ecosystem that ambitious teams build on.About this role:fal is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to build and execute high-impact programs that deepen engagement with our most important enterprise accounts and turn field marketing into a meaningful driver of pipeline and revenue.You’ll partner closely with Sales to understand territory priorities, strategic accounts, and active opportunities, then translate those priorities into thoughtful field and ABM programs. Your portfolio may include executive dinners and roundtables, customer gatherings, account-specific experiences, partner activations, third-party conferences, and repeatable sales-led programs.This is a hands-on role for someone who understands that great field marketing is more than running events: it’s creating the right programs for the right accounts at the right moment in the sales cycle and making sure there is a clear path from engagement to business impact.Location is flexible within the US, with travel required based on the event calendar.What you’ll doPartner closely with Enterprise Sales to build field marketing plans aligned to priority accounts, territories, pipeline, and revenue goalsOwn ABM events and experiences for priority accounts, in partnership with Sales and Growth Marketing.Own a portfolio of field programs including executive roundtables, dinners, customer gatherings, workshops, partner activations, and other high-touch experiencesEvaluate third-party conferences and sponsorship opportunities based on audience quality, account coverage, business objectives, and expected impactBuild activation strategies around priority industry events, including executive programming, customer moments, meetings, dinners, and surrounding experiencesPartner with Sales on account targeting, invitation strategy, meeting generation, attendee engagement, and post-event follow-upCollaborate with Partnerships on co-marketing programs and joint events that extend fal’s reach into priority accounts and audiencesBuild repeatable, lightweight programs that allow Sales to activate key markets and accounts without requiring a bespoke event every timeManage event and program execution end-to-end, including budgets, agencies, vendors, timelines, logistics, and onsite deliveryPartner across Product Marketing, Creative, Community, Partnerships, Marketing Ops, and other teams to deliver cohesive programsMeasure program performance across target-account engagement, meetings, pipeline influence, deal progression, and revenue impactCapture learnings and build scalable playbooks, processes, and reporting as fal’s field marketing motion growsQualifications/Nice-to-haves5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, ABM, demand generation, or integrated marketing, ideally in enterprise technologyExperience building field marketing programs in close partnership with enterprise Sales teamsStrong understanding of ABM and how marketing programs can support different stages of the enterprise buying journeyA track record of executing events and experiences tied to account engagement, pipeline, or revenue objectivesStrong commercial judgment and the ability to prioritize programs based on business impact rather than activityExperience managing budgets, vendors, agencies, and multiple programs simultaneouslyStrong project management skills and exceptional attention to detailExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsComfort operating independently and building new programs and processes from scratchA hands-on approach - you’re equally comfortable developing the strategy and being onsite making sure it gets executed wellAbility to travel regularly based on the field calendarExperience marketing AI, developer tools, infrastructure, or another technical enterprise productExperience marketing to large strategic or named accountsExperience building executive programs or high-touch ABM experiencesExperience working with technology or cloud partners on joint field programsFamiliarity with Salesforce and marketing attribution/reportingWhat we offer at falInteresting and challenging workA lot of learning and growth opportunitiesWe offer visa sponsorship and will help you relocate to San Francisco.Health, dental, and vision insurance (US)Regular team events and offsitesCompensation$200,000 - $250,000 + equity + comprehensive benefits package U.S. EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY INFORMATION:fal provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, or any other classification protected by applicable law.
