No matter where you are in the world, this is your chance to be part of something exceptional.  Field Marketing Manager – EMEA - Euro CentralLocation: Remote: Must be based in France or United KingdomReporting to: EMEA Core Markets Marketing ManagerCentric Software, a fast-growing, innovation-driven enterprise software company, is on the lookout for a Field Marketing Manager to lead our Fashion, Outdoor and Sports, Retail, Home Markets strategy across the Euro Central region (DACH and Poland mainly). Centric Software provides product concept to commercialization solutions to all retail verticals.Reporting to the EMEA Core Markets Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing regional marketing initiatives aligned with our Core Markets strategy. This role requires a highly organized, strategic thinker and doer, capable of collaborating with both marketing and sales teams to drive regional growth and elevate Centric Software’s market presence.It’s a 100% remote working position, based in EMEA, preferably in France or UK.You have at least 4 years’ experience in managing marketing activities in IT/software companies, and are ultra-dynamic and creative. You are eager to work with some of the most well-known brands in the world and curious about how new technologies can support their challenges?Do not wait any longer… Take your career in a new direction in the heart of a growing company and team — Apply!Key Responsibilities:Define and adapt local marketing strategy to support EMEA marketing goals and local sales objectivesDevelop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns by account segments, vertical, and persona on multiple channels (LinkedIn, media, website, etc.)Organize and coordinate tradeshows, conferences, 3rd party webinars and Centric eventsSupport large account conversion by developing targeted programsDevelop supporting campaign assets and collateral with the support of the content manager and copywritersAnalyze campaign results (Tableau, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) and identify potential areas for improvementConduct market, database, and competition analysisExplore data and define segmentationWork with freelancers and external agenciesManage budget & accountingRequirements:4-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on field marketingDegree in Marketing (Business School or equivalent)Proven track record in planning and executing successful regional marketing programsStrong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teamsAdaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environmentA proactive problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindsetProficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce)Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across international teamsWillingness to travel for events and activitiesExperience managing vendor relationships and budgetsLanguages: German (native) + English (Fluent)Additional Information:This is a home-office-based position.
