A valid U.S. Driver’s License required; applicants must pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening.People Management Responsibilities: Yes Role Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $60-$70kPosition Overview As the Field Marketing Manager, you’ll be the face of the CELSIUS® brand on the ground, driving awareness, trial, and conversion across your region. You’ll bring leadership, creativity, and a passion for building community through smart, scalable field programs.   Experience: 5+ years in grassroots and brand marketing, preferably in CPG, food, or beverage; 3+ years in team management or field leadershipEducation: Bachelor's degree preferredStrong background in community engagement, event marketing, and project managementFamiliarity with regional events and cultural moments that drive brand relevanceDemonstrated ability to lead teams, manage cross-functional priorities, and deliver under pressureSelf-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsComfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environmentWillingness to travel within the assigned regionValid U.S. driver’s license Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periodsResponsibilities Implement 360° marketing campaigns aligned with national goals and regional sales strategiesBuild partnerships with local influencers, community leaders, and media outletsDevelop and manage local sponsorships and sampling opportunitiesLead high-impact consumer activations and events; measure performance to optimize ROIRecruit, train, and lead a team of part-time Brand AmbassadorsCollaborate with Sales and distributor teams to support in-store visibility and retail successManage regional marketing budgets, product forecasting, and campaign reportingOversee operational logistics, including warehouse space, product inventory, and company vehicle useCoordinate with Finance to process invoices and manage expensesSupport broader marketing and sales initiatives as needed Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision benefits Long- and short-term disability Life insurance 10 Vacation days per year subject to accrual policy 11 Company paid holidays 401(k) with Company match Identity theft and legal services The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company.
