Field Marketing and Events ManagerLocation: Remote (U.S.)Travel: as needed for events, up to 25% OverviewOwn and build DAS Health’s event and field marketing strategy from the ground up—driving measurable pipeline impact through trade shows, executive events, and sales-aligned marketing programs.DAS Health is seeking a highly organized, results-driven Field Marketing and Events Manager to lead the strategy, planning, execution, and performance measurement of trade shows, conferences, hosted events, webinars, and customer engagement programs.This role is ideal for a marketing professional who is both execution-focused and data-driven, with a strong ability to connect event investments directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes. You’ll work closely with marketing and sales leadership to ensure events and field marketing initiatives are purposeful, measurable, and aligned to company growth priorities.Event Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute an annual events and field marketing strategy aligned with pipeline, brand, and customer growth objectivesOwn the event calendar across trade shows, conferences, webinars, executive roundtables, and virtual programsEvaluate event participation and sponsorship opportunities based on audience fit, strategic alignment, and expected ROIBuild event plans aligned to target audiences, messaging, and campaign objectivesEvent Execution & LogisticsLead end-to-end execution of events, including logistics, registration, vendor coordination, and on-site supportManage budgets, contracts, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful executionOversee booth materials, signage, shipping, and inventoryEnsure a high-quality, consistent brand experience across all event touchpointsField Marketing & Sales AlignmentPartner closely with sales, business development, and marketing teams to drive engagement with target accountsSupport field marketing initiatives such as executive roundtables, regional programs, and customer eventsCollaborate with sales on pre-event outreach strategies and meeting goalsEnable sales teams with messaging, positioning, and materials to maximize event impactPerformance Measurement & OptimizationTrack key performance metrics including meetings booked, leads generated, pipeline influenced, cost per lead, and ROIAnalyze results to determine which events to continue, optimize, or eliminateEnsure proper lead capture, CRM handoff, and follow-up processesMaintain reporting dashboards that connect event activity to revenue outcomesCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with product marketing, content, design, digital, and sales teams to develop campaigns and event assetsManage relationships with vendors, agencies, and external partnersSupport executive engagement and represent DAS Health at eventsRequirements5+ years of experience in event marketing, trade show management, or field marketingProven experience owning events end-to-end, from planning through reportingStrong ability to measure event performance and ROI, including pipeline impact and conversion metricsExperience partnering with sales teams to drive engagement and revenue outcomesStrong project management and organizational skills with attention to detailExperience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and multiple initiatives simultaneouslyStrong communication and collaboration skillsWillingness to travel as needed for eventsPreferred:Experience in healthcare IT, healthcare, B2B technology, managed services, cybersecurity, or SaaSExperience building event processes, playbooks, or reporting frameworksExperience in a high-growth or evolving environmentWhy Join DAS Health?Opportunity to build and shape the event and field marketing function from the ground upHigh visibility role with direct impact on pipeline and growth strategyCollaborative environment working closely with sales and executive leadershipFast-moving, growth-stage team with strong opportunity for impact
