JOB REQUISITES AND OVERVIEW The Field Influencer Marketing Manager will support field influencer campaigns led by our Digital Earned Media team which focuses on influencer strategy across the agency. The job entails managing a wide range of projects for high-profile entertainment clients to ensure influencer promotion is executed in multiple local markets.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with the Vice President and SVP to optimize our local approach to influencer strategy and execution for a variety of clients.Visibility and experience managing local field campaigns in multiple markets, which may include National and Global campaign initiativesHelp maintain and monitor centralized documentation for campaigns to support effective and efficient collaboration with our local field teams.Create and manage internal campaign trackersCampaign and KPI tracking within internal and external documentsOrganize brainstorm calls and compile final concepts into both an internal and client-facing document for approvalsMaintain internal and external deadlines by following up with teams on items due in the coming days and flag past-due items to the relevant FAMs.Build cross-market reports in Keynote and coordinate data input with local teams, our coordinator, and VPProof and format client-facing documents and reportsAnalyze ROI of influencer category types across campaigns and provide insights for optimized workflow process and Elevate database managementResearch and report on influencer trends applicable to the client industry to deliver innovative concepts Report regularly to the Vice President and SVP on current work progress and above duties SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES NEEDED TO PERFORM THE JOBSound understanding of influencer marketing principlesEffective understanding of social media and the latest platforms, ability to apply them in marketing endeavorsInfluencer research experience is a mustContracting with influencers for paid opportunities is a plusUnderstanding of the entertainment marketing funnel and how influencers deliver on KPIs is a plusWillingness to share creative and innovative thoughts with team members and clientsGreat ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and multi-step procedures autonomouslyStrong attention to detail with the ability to operate under solid pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Keynote, and advanced skills in ExcelEffective campaign and project management skills and organizationSelf-motivated, confident, energetic, and creativeStrong ability to work collaboratively and build influencer relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skills REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE3 years of experience in a marketing roleBS/BA degree preferred or relevant experienceDETAILSA full-time remote option with 9am-6pm hours.Eastern or Central time zones preferred.Salary: The annual salary for this full-time role is $60,000. Benefits: This position will be eligible to participate in the standard benefits offered to full-time employees of Allied Global Marketing (medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, and life insurance as well as 401k and Flexible PTO).
