You'll be measured like a revenue owner, not just a marketer.What We’re Looking ForYou will own strategy and execution across field events, community programs, social media, and ecosystem relationships — for both of Puzzle's core segments: accounting firms and founders/SMBs.Accounting firm decision-makers are concentrated at a small number of industry events and community touchpoints — and showing up consistently, credibly, and with the right relationships is how we win there. The founder and VC ecosystem is the second critical channel, and your existing network is a core asset from day one.You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure every activation has clear objectives, structured follow-up, and measurable ROI.This is a remote role and day-to-day work can be done from home. However, candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area will be preferred, as the role includes regular participation in startup and fintech ecosystem events, relationship-building within the community, and occasional hosting opportunities.
