Every line of code, every product release, and every conversation with our customers brings us closer to ensuring no patient’s treatment quality depends on where they live.Why This Role MattersIn this role you will help keep EZFluence on the cutting edge of the Radiation Oncology market. You will work closely with a dedicated Engineering team, Product team, Support, Success, and Radformation leadership to outline and provide design specifications for new features, prioritize customer needs, and manage all software releases to ensure the continued optimization, reliability, and impact of EZFluence for clinics and patients.Responsibilities Include:• Software feature prioritization and specification based on customer needs• Handle product releases and all accompanying requirements• Testing product version prior to release• Version regression testing to ensure product integrity• Coordinate with the Support and Success teams for customer troubleshooting• Share feedback with the Product team, Engineering team, and Radformation leadershipRequired Experience:• 5 years experience as a clinical physicist or dosimetrist using Eclipse™ TPS• Project management experience, including operational management and delivery across multiple products or product lines• General understanding of radiation oncology workflows• EZFluence experiencePreferred Experience:• >5 years as a clinical physicist or dosimetrist using Radformation products and multiple TPSs• 2 year Software as a Medical Device product management experience, including operational management and delivery• Verification and/or validation testing management and completion• Regulatory and/or Quality Management System experience• Programming experience, specifically using C#• Project workflow software experience, such as Jira• Customer service experienceWho You Are• You are a clear communicator and believe the team succeeds or fails together• You are highly motivated with a strong attention to detail• You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment• You take ownership of your work and have strong prioritization skills• You are committed to improving the patient experienceAI & Hiring IntegrityAt Radformation we believe AI can be an incredible tool for innovation, but our hiring process is all about getting to know you, your skills, experience, and unique approach to problem solving.
