Your role, your impact 




Reporting to our CFO, you’ll provide high-quality support that helps leaders and teams stay focused on what matters most. You’ll be a key connector across priorities, people, and business rhythms. 






  • Manage a complex calendar, priorities and changing business demands 








  • Coordinate travel, briefings, meetings and team logistics 










  • Prepare presentations, board reports and executive-ready documentation 








  • Build strong relationships across executives, stakeholders and teams 








  • Support projects, events and initiatives with proactive coordination 








  • Monitor actions and deadlines to keep priorities on track 






What you'll need to succeed 




You bring a strong service mindset, excellent judgement, and a genuine passion for executive support. You’re comfortable working at pace, adaptable to change, and motivated to keep improving. 






  • Experienced in executive or senior leadership support environments 








  • Proven ability to prioritise competing demands with confidence 








  • Strong capability preparing presentations and business documents 








  • Ability to build trusted relationships across diverse stakeholders 








  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality 








  • Proactive attitude with energy to learn and grow
