He moves fast, is always launching new ideas, and communicates through Loom videos. This role exists to multiply his output, handling the operational and creative support that slows him down today.This is not a traditional executive assistant role. You won't be managing a calendar. You'll be building lead magnets in HubSpot, pulling clips from long-form recordings, managing a high-volume inbox, and keeping a set of growth initiatives moving forward.
