Job Description

The EA will report directly to the Group Finance Director and will be responsible for supporting the Finance Leadership team with the day to day running of the Finance leadership function, providing a comprehensive, confidential and professional administrative and operational support to the Finance Leadership Team (FLT).  

  • Provide high‑quality administrative support, producing letters, reports, presentations, and emails for the FLT.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including packs and documentation, ahead of deadlines.
  • Coordinate and organise internal and external meetings, conference calls, and events.
  • Manage complex FLT diaries, prioritising effectively and using sound judgement to balance strategic and governance needs.
  • Act as a central point of contact for information requests and communication flow.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation, maintaining accurate cost records for reporting.
  • Process expenses promptly and ensure compliance with company systems and policies.
  • Support FLT‑led functions, conferences, catering needs, and third‑party provider coordination.
  • Assist HR with relocation and onboarding activities for new FLT hires.
  • Provide confidential support to whistleblowing processes, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing internal platform content.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in executive support or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and travel arrangements.
