Through its EverPro brand, EverCommerce supports home service businesses with end-to-end solutions including field service management software, embedded payments, and customer experience tools.We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to support Service Fusion Payments, with a focus on driving adoption, engagement, and revenue growth across our payments products. In this role, you will own the strategy, messaging, and go-to-market execution for payments—translating product capabilities into clear, compelling value for service-based businesses.You’ll partner closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and EverPro stakeholders to position payments as a core growth lever within Service Fusion and across the broader EverPro ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn payments positioning and messaging for Service Fusion, ensuring clear articulation of value, differentiation, and business impact for service-based customers.Partner with Product Management to bring new payments features and enhancements to market, including GTM strategy, launch planning, and enablement.Develop a deep understanding of the end-to-end payments customer journey from signup through activation, processing, and ongoing usage - and use that understanding to identify friction points, optimize conversion, and inform GTM strategy.Own payments funnel reporting and insights, including signup to activation conversion, processing adoption, and revenue impact, and partner with Growth, RevOps, and Product to measure campaign effectiveness and continuously improve performance.Translate payments performance data into actionable insights, connecting marketing campaigns and enablement efforts to activation lift, processing volume, and retention outcomes.Develop customer-facing messaging that highlights automation, cash flow improvement, fee transparency, and operational efficiency.Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including talk tracks, competitive positioning, objection handling, and payments-specific training.Support content and lifecycle marketing efforts (email, in-app, education hubs, webinars) to educate customers and drive activation.Serve as the subject matter expert on payments buyers and users, leveraging customer insights, usage data, sales feedback, and market research.Monitor competitive landscape and market trends within embedded payments and home services, translating insights into actionable positioning updates.Align with EverPro leadership on payments strategy and ensure consistency with broader portfolio initiatives.Experience and Skills:5+ years of product marketing experience; payments software or SaaS experience highly desired Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, and marketing teams to identify, position, and execute cross-sell and upsell strategies across the portfolioExceptional customer centricity and appetite to engage with prospects and customersStrong writing, communication, presentation development and delivery skillsSolid analytical skills with ability to derive strategic decisions based on data Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, Pendo or HeapStrong interpersonal skills, careful attention to detail, and ability to drive consensus Independent, self-starter with a sense of urgency and deep customer centricity Strong project management skills and attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.Benefits and PerksFlexibility to work where/how you want within your country of employment – in-office, remote, or hybridContinued investment in your professional developmentDay 1 access to a robust health and wellness benefits package, including an annual wellness stipend.401k with up to a 4% match and immediate vestingFlexible and generous (FTO) time-offEmployee Stock Purchase ProgramCompensation: The target base compensation for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 USD per year in most US locations.
