This is a 100% remote position from select locations with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area. Learn more at KeeperSecurity.com.About the JobThe Event Marketing Specialist (NorAm Industry Events) will own the planning and execution of industry specific events including trade shows, conferences, and partner hosted engagements across the cybersecurity landscape. This is a high impact position that requires a strong mix of logistical excellence, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration.Lead end-to-end planning and execution of industry events across North America, including conferences, trade shows (Tier 1 shows including RSAC, Black Hat and Identiverse), and partner activationsAssist with the execution of global Williams Racing F1 sponsorship activations to ensure brand alignment, optimal guest experience and maximum exposureCollaborate with design teams and event stakeholders to create compelling event materials, ensuring alignment with branding and strategic objectivesSupport managing event logistics, including vendor negotiation, budget management, booth design and on-site coordination from conception to completionProvide full-cycle event marketing support across sales teams, including channel, MSP, public sector and commercial teams as needed, tailoring approaches to meet the needs of each segmentProactively manage the events list and swag inventoryMaintain flexibility and a proactive approach by stepping in to support various projects as needed to ensure smooth executionWillingness and ability to travel up to 15% of the time to support on-site event execution domesticallyAbility to travel to and from events (locally and nationally) & rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the companyStay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance our event marketing strategy 3+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably with a SaaS companyExperience delivering successful small and large-scale events on-site and onlineAbility to drive complex, multi-stakeholder and cross-team programsResults-driven self-starter who strives for excellence Confident team player with the ability to operate in a dynamic environmentAbility to build cross-functional relationships, influence and collaborate at all organizational levelsOutstanding verbal and written communication skills for a global audienceStrong business acumen, analytical and detail-orientedProficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office toolsPreferredExperience working on Tier 1 Trade shows (RSAC, Black Hat, Identiverse)Experience working within the cybersecurity industryExperience using CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot for event related lead tracking and follow-up Medical, Dental & Vision (Inclusive of domestic partnerships) Employer Paid Life Insurance & Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental life Voluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance 401k (Roth/Traditional) A generous PTO plan that celebrates your commitment and seniority (including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty, etc) Keeper Security, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and participant in the U.S. Federal E-Verify program.
