DescriptionThis role supports the planning and execution of Argano’s business events, including conferences, sales programs/roadshow, and executive/partner engagements. This role is highly detail-oriented, operationally focused, and critical to delivering high-quality event experiences that align with Argano’s brand and business objectives. Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate event logistics including registration, travel, lodging, catering, shipping, and on-site supportMaintain detailed project plans, timelines, and checklists for assigned eventsSupport agenda execution and run-of-show documentationManage speaker logistics, communications, and prep materialsCoordinate with vendors such as venues, AV, production, and catering partnersTrack contracts, Pos, invoices, and payments in partnership with AP and FinanceSupport sponsor and partner deliverables as neededManage event tools (survey monkey, fedex, spectra, vista print, excel)Track attendee data, session attendance, and engagement metricsMaintain organized event documentation and file organization on drivesProvide on-site execution support including registration, speaker support and logistics troubleshootingSupport virtual event execution as neededAct as a key point of contact during events days for operational needsCollect and organize post-event data and feedbackSupport post-event reporting and recap materialsDocument learnings and process improvements Required Qualifications4 years of experience coordinating events, meetings, or marketing programsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfort working with cross-functional teams and external vendorsWillingness to travel and support on-site events as needed (80% travel)This role supports the planning and execution of Argano’s business events, including conferences, sales programs/roadshow, and executive/partner engagements.
