The ideal candidate excels at cross-functional coordination, operational management, and creating seamless attendee experiences that align with broader company objectives.The Event Marketing Manager will partner closely with Brand, Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Executive Leadership to ensure events are executed effectively, consistently, and with measurable impact.Job Description Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & ExecutionLead end-to-end planning and execution of in-person and virtual events, including logistics, timelines, vendors, sponsorship deliverables, onsite management, and attendee experienceManage event calendars, project plans, budgets, and operational workflowsCoordinate booth production, signage, collateral, giveaways, registration, travel, and event logisticsEnsure events are executed on time, on budget, and aligned with company standardsCross-Functional CoordinationPartner with Brand, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to implement event messaging, visual identity, and campaign assetsCollaborate with Sales and Demand Generation teams to support meeting generation, customer engagement, and follow-up activitiesCoordinate internal stakeholders, external vendors, and event partners to ensure smooth execution and communicationSupport executive speaking engagements, customer events, and partner activationsEvent Enablement & ExperienceTranslate established marketing campaigns and brand initiatives into cohesive event experiencesEnsure consistency across physical and digital event touchpointsManage pre-event, onsite, and post-event executional activities that support audience engagement and pipeline goalsHelp create scalable event processes, templates, and operational best practicesMeasurement & ReportingTrack and report on event performance metrics including attendance, engagement, meetings, pipeline influence, and ROIMaintain event documentation, timelines, and post-event recapsIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and event effectivenessRequired Experience & Qualifications 4–6+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, experiential marketing, or event operationsProven ability to manage complex events and multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendorsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExperience with event platforms, CRM systems, and marketing tools preferredHealthcare, health tech, or B2B experience preferredSuccess MetricsSuccessful execution of strategic events and activationsEvent attendance and engagement goalsMeeting generation and sales support effectivenessBudget management and operational efficiencyStakeholder satisfaction and execution qualityConsistency of brand experience across eventsAdditional Information Salary Range: $104,000 - $130,000Commission Eligible: NoTravel: YesLocation Requirement: Fuze Health is limited to individuals residing in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington (WA), WisconsinEmployment Authorization Requirement: Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Alto Pharmacy, Fuze Health, LetsGetChecked, and Fuze Care Services can not take over, transfer, or sponsor any visa type at this time.Benefits: Recruiter to choose the correct benefits language here: Benefits DescriptionsThe application deadline is 7/13/26.
