This role sits at the center of bringing that movement to life—by creating the moments, rooms, and experiences that introduce physicians to what Monarch makes possible.Role SummaryThe Event Marketing Manager is responsible for building and running events as a core physician growth channel and supporting brand awareness efforts.You will own Monarch's full event presence from national conferences and medical society meetings to intimate local market activation and ensure that every event is purposeful, well-executed, and connected to the physician pipeline. You'll also design and run smaller-scale, market-level events specifically built to generate physician leads and deepen relationships in priority markets.This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales. Manage logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and timelines across all programs.Drive Physician Lead Generation Through Local Market EventsIdentify and execute market-specific events designed to connect Monarch with physicians at the local level. Think intimate dinner roundtables, targeted networking activations, and programming designed to open doors in priority markets.Develop Audience and Promotion StrategyPartner with sales and marketing to identify which physicians to target, in which markets, and through which channels. Build acquisition plans and oversee the development of invitations, emails, landing pages, and follow-up sequences that bring them in.Partner with SalesServe as the connective tissue between event execution and sales follow-through.
