OneSignal is looking for an experienced Event Marketing Manager (or Senior) to own and scale our live events program. You'll drive strategy and execution across trade shows, conferences, customer dinners, happy hours, and other field marketing activations, with a clear focus on driving sales pipeline and deepening customer relationships. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and the broader Marketing team to bring OneSignal's brand to life in the real world.What you'll do:Develop, drive, and scale OneSignal's live events strategy end-to-endServe as the primary owner of all event activations, including regional trade shows, conferences, executive dinners, happy hours, workshops, and other field programsPartner closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships to evaluate conference sponsorships and leadership events and determine participation globallyManage calendar and fully own 20+ events annually, identifying the best events to participate in to maximize budget and impact pipelineBuild repeatable frameworks to scale our events programs to partner and regional teamsSocialize consistent event reporting to demonstrate impact on pipeline and retentionDevelop pre-event, day-of, and post-event engagement strategies that maximize attendee conversion and sales follow-upOversee all event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor negotiation and management, swag and collateral production, shipping, and on-site execution.Coordinate with the marketing team to create compelling speaking content, event collateral, messaging, and follow up assetsIdentify and evaluate new event formats, conferences, and technologies to enhance customer acquisition and engagement through live experiencesTravel approximately 20% of the time to events, primarily domestic with some internationalSkills and experience:5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years focused on event or field marketingProven track record of planning and executing trade shows and field events end-to-end with positive ROIExperience working with global teams and ability to adapt to different regional needsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage many moving pieces simultaneouslySelf-starter mentality, you're comfortable figuring things out in ambiguous situationsData-driven mindset with the analytical ability to measure, communicate, and advocate for eventsAbility to be resourceful, maximize budgets, and move quickly to have the best impactThe New York and California base salary for this full time position is between $130,000 to $155,000. Your exact starting salary is determined by a number of factors such as your experience, skills, and qualifications. Please keep in mind this range covers both the Manager and Senior Manager levels.
