Job Details:Job Description: Intel's Networking Solutions Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ethernet Networking Product Manager to lead the definition, development, and lifecycle management of our Infrastructure Processing Unit (IPU) products. This role requires a strong technical background, market insight, and the ability to translate customer needs into actionable product requirements.In this role, you will:Collect and refine customer feature requirements for IPU products in partnership with silicon and software architectsDocument detailed product requirements and specifications in collaboration with engineering, marketing, and sales teamsBe voice of the customer for engineering teams across all phases of product life cycle from concept to product launch to end-of-lifeEngage with platform teams to define platform intercept plansDefine product pricing strategies and assess product financial viability; develop and understand cost models; own long-term revenue forecastsManage customer sampling plans across all development milestonesConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify Ethernet industry trends; Provide actionable feedback to influence product strategy and execution to enable competitive differentiationCreate and present customer-facing product collaterals with compelling stories to drive IPU adoption and revenue growthAs Ethernet Networking Product Manager, you should possess the behavioral attributes below:Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsCollaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to align customer requirements with Ethernet product roadmapsExecutive presence to influence senior decision makers and close strategic dealsQualifications:You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field with at least 4+ years of experience:Working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects; technical acumen to engage with engineering teamsIn product management and relevant industry experience focused on Ethernet networking, cloud/data center solutions, or semiconductor productsPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field with at least 3+ years of experience:Working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects; technical acumen to engage with engineering teamsIn product management and relevant industry experience focused on Ethernet networking, cloud/data center solutions, or semiconductor productsDeep understanding of networking protocols and data center system architecturesFamiliarity with Hyperscaler or NeoCloud data center deployments with a focus on networking solutionsExperience with ASIC/SoC development cycles and vendor managementRequirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.The position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
