Key Responsibilities
- Manage the funding process for middle-market equipment finance transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Review and approve lease and loan documentation, verifying adherence to company policies and industry standards.
- Oversee UCC filings and coordinate with internal teams to resolve conflicts and secure required agreements.
- Liaise with vendors and clients to track and reconcile invoices, proof of payments, and other essential documentation.
- Collaborate closely with sales, credit, and operations teams to streamline transaction workflows and ensure funding readiness.
- Communicate with external stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and third-party service providers, to address documentation and titling needs.
- Maintain detailed funding records and provide regular updates in the CRM system to ensure transparency and accuracy.
- Monitor insurance certificates and confirm compliance with transaction requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in equipment finance or funding management.
- Strong understanding of middle-market equipment finance and the documentation requirements associated with commercial transactions.
- Experience with UCC filings and lien processes is highly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in managing complex transaction workflows.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both internal collaboration and external client relations.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
