Key Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Software Sales Executive, you will be at the helm of driving success and innovation. Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with client goals and objectives for enterprise accounts. Forge and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives, ensuring you understand their needs and how our solutions can meet them. Dive into the intricacies of coordinating complex software demonstrations and proof of concepts that showcase our cutting-edge offerings. Your expertise will guide you through managing contract negotiations and procurement processes with finesse and precision. Collaborate closely with solution architects to address technical requirements and ensure seamless integration of our solutions. Required Qualifications

Your journey to success in this role starts with a strong foundation. A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is essential, coupled with a proven track record in enterprise software sales. Your deep understanding of enterprise software and cloud solutions will set you apart, as will your experience with complex sales cycles and contract negotiations. Exceptional presentation and communication skills are a must, enabling you to engage and persuade stakeholders at all levels. You will bring at least 5-8 years of experience in software sales, demonstrating your ability to exceed quotas consistently. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools is required, along with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities that turn challenges into opportunities. Being based in Orange, you will benefit from local knowledge and connections that can bolster your success. Familiarity with the regional market dynamics and a network within Southern California's tech community will be advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits
