Our clients include fast-growing eCommerce brands, digital agencies, and SaaS companies across MarTech and DTC sectors.Unlike traditional outsourcing agencies, we place you directly with a client where you’re hired in-house as a valued member of their team.Role Type: Full-timeEngagement: Independent Contractor Job SummaryWe are hiring an experienced Email Marketing Client Manager to lead client accounts and execute high-performing email marketing strategies.This is a remote email marketing role ideal for someone with strong Klaviyo expertise, client management experience, and a proven track record in driving revenue through email and SMS campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow relationships with multiple eCommerce clients Develop and execute Klaviyo email & SMS strategies (campaigns, flows, automations) Build and optimize key flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback) Oversee campaign planning, scheduling, and execution Analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR, revenue per recipient) and optimize campaigns Conduct client calls, reporting, and strategic reviews Collaborate with designers and copywriters to deliver high-converting campaigns Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to account growth 2–5+ years of experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (mandatory) Proven experience managing client accounts (agency or in-house) Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing Experience working with eCommerce/DTC brands Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced remote environment Fully remote role with flexible working environment Work with fast-scaling eCommerce brands globally Deep exposure to advanced Klaviyo strategies and retention marketing Clear career progression into senior marketing or account leadership roles Performance-based bonuses and incentives
