GrowthAssistant is seeking an Email Marketing Campaign Specialist. You’ll play a key role in building and optimizing lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive engagement and performance. Responsibilities:Executing and managing CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMSBuilding, testing, and QA-ing automated workflows and campaign launchesWorking hands-on with ESP and CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Iterable, or HubSpotEditing and troubleshooting email templates using HTML/CSSCreating and managing segmentation, personalization, and A/B testsMonitoring performance and translating customer data into actionable insightsEnsuring close attention to detail and accuracy across all campaignsRequirements:At least 2 years of experience in Email and CRM MarketingProven experience managing multi-channel CRM campaignsMinimum 2 years of QA experience specifically for CRM or lifecycle campaignsStrong working knowledge of CRM/ESP tools (Braze, SFMC, Klaviyo, Iterable, HubSpot, etc.)Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email customization and fixesAnalytical mindset with solid reporting and optimization skillsExcellent organization, communication, and attention to detailCompensation and Perks: Your compensation will depend on your experience and skill level.
