Join us!Job Profile Summary:Responsibilities include managing, executing, planning, process, strategy and implementation of the Emails and SMS program, while delivering growth in key email and SMS KPIs and supporting brand positioning.This role creates the monthly calendars for daily marketing sends while developing trigger emails and drip campaigns."Job DescriptionIndependently ideate and strategize all Email and SMS content via monthly calendars. Includes the support of promotions, creating a branded customer experience through storytelling, managing the design, proofing, and testing process, managing product placement, managing copy, proofreading, and legal language – all within tight deadlines. Traffics campaigns from concept to deployment.Tracks and reports all KPIs weekly, monthly, quarterly, and daily as needed. Deliver channel reporting for key weekly meetings (e.g. Weekly Trade, SLT Trade Prep)Ingrains CRM strategy into day-to-day by developing and activating on segmentation logic for all email and SMS campaigns and automationsConceptualizes, deploys, and manages email and SMS triggered sends, automations, and adhoc campaigns. Includes working cross functionally with internal teams and external vendors.Supports other marketing channels and initiatives via cross-channel campaigns.
