We’re excited to continue expanding our team and fostering a culture where everyone can thrive!Position Description The E-commerce Sales & Marketing Specialist is to complete setup of all e-commerce pages, product discounts, and digital marketing efforts based on the plans and schedules set by the team and to help identify and resolve issues or potential challenges in website functionality before they become a problem. In addition to the accountabilities listed below, other projects and duties may be assigned.Primary AccountabilitiesE-commerce and Digital Marketing SetupUse performance and sales data to merchandise the website, ensuring that high-performing and relevant products are prominently featured to drive conversion and revenue growthCreate all homepages, collections, product pages, and print-on-demand site comps accurately, on-schedule, and based on direction of the Sr. E-commerce Sales & Marketing Manager to ensure that customers find what they are looking forSet up all sales and discounts accurately and on-schedule based on direction of the Sr. E-commerce Sales & Marketing ManagerReview and maintain product pages for accuracy, including copy, tags, and other information to optimize for SEODraft product and marketing copy in accordance with platform and SEO best practices that accurately describes our products and supports clickabilitySet up emails, social media posts, and paid ads with approved copy and images while maintaining consistent, accurate, and appropriately scheduled communication to our audienceE-commerce Functionality & Optimization Monitor site performance metrics and any issues and communicate findings and recommendations to the Ecommerce/Marketing team to maximize performance and uninterrupted functionalityIdentify new functions, tools, apps, processes, and other opportunities to optimize setup and reduce manual workWork alongside Technology and Supply Chain teams and provide support as needed to ensure all systems integrated with Shopify are functioning properlyPartner with the Supply Chain team to ensure product availability and status for new products to ensure smooth release, purchasability for customers, and accuracy of dataOperational Support & Cross-Functional ExecutionMaintain, audit, and update processes and SOPs in domains of accountability to ensure consistency and accuracy across all documentationSupport organizational priorities beyond the primary scope of the role by flexing into other departments or functional areas as assigned, including assisting with special projects, temporary spikes in workload, and other short-term business needs, ensuring timely and accurate completion of work while maintaining ownership of core e-commerce, marketing, and event-related accountabilities.Skills & CompetenciesProblem-Solving: Identifies problems effectively;
