About the Role Veeam is expanding into the enterprise with a broader platform across Data Security, Identity, and AI trust.  We are looking for a Director of Product Marketing to own and scale the enterprise go-to-market motion—translating our platform and solutions into repeatable plays that drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and expand within strategic accounts.  This role is focused on execution at scale: turning strategy into field success, and ensuring we win in complex enterprise environments.  What You’ll Do Define and operationalize GTM plays for enterprise customers across key segments and industries  Develop clear value frameworks aligned to enterprise buying groups (CIO, CISO, Data Leaders)  Partner with sales leadership to improve deal velocity, win rates, and expansion  Translate positioning and solutions into pipeline-generating programs  Align closely with demand generation, partners, and customer success to ensure consistent execution across the funnel  Support cross-sell and platform adoption within the existing install base  Build enterprise-ready sales plays, messaging, and tools for complex, multi-stakeholder deals  Develop battlecards, objection handling, and competitive positioning  Actively support strategic deals and top accounts with tailored messaging and deal strategy  Create repeatable frameworks for account targeting, segmentation, and deal progression  Ensure global consistency while enabling regional flexibility  Continuously refine GTM based on field feedback and performance data  What You’ll Bring 8–12+ years in product marketing or GTM roles in enterprise software  Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex deal dynamics  Experience building and scaling repeatable GTM motions  Track record of driving measurable outcomes: pipeline, revenue, adoption  Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams  Bonus Skills A GTM operator who knows how enterprise deals actually get done  Understand technical products and translate capabilities into use cases and outcomes   A leader in marketing and a partner to sales, with strong field credibility  Highly execution-oriented with a focus on business outcomes, not just assets  Comfortable in ambiguity, but relentless about driving clarity and results            What you'll get Unlimited paid time off, 12 paid holidays, plus 4 extra global VeeaMe Days for self-care and 24 paid volunteer hours annually through Veeam Cares Paid parental leave: 8 weeks for all parents, 16 weeks for birthing parents Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on your first day Mental health support, therapy sessions, and digital wellness tools via our Employee Assistance Program 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions Fertility, adoption, and surrogacy support through Maven, plus paid volunteer time AirVet: 24/7 virtual veterinary care at no cost Legal services, identity protection, and supplemental health insurance options Tax-advantaged spending accounts for healthcare, dependent care, and commuting Opportunities to learn and grow through on-demand libraries (LinkedIn Learning, O’Reilly), mentoring, workshops, and learning events like our annual Global Day of Learning #LI-TS1   Compensation Transparency Veeam is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation. For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range. In addition to compensation, Veeam provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plans, and unlimited time off.
