As Director of Product Marketing, you will lead how we bring our products to market and how we tell their story.This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping our positioning, refining our target audiences, and driving go-to-market strategy across our full product suite. You will build and lead a team of product marketers, partner closely with Sales and Product, and help connect our solutions to the real-world needs of the customers we serve.If you thrive in B2B SaaS, love turning market insight into clear strategy, and enjoy building teams that elevate the entire organization, we’d love to meet you.What You’ll DoLead Strategy and PositioningDefine and evolve compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Daxko in competitive marketsClarify target personas, industries, and customer needs across the full lifecycleTranslate product capabilities into clear value that resonates with buyers and usersDrive Go-to-Market ExcellenceLead product launches from strategy through execution and measurementPartner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer teams, and Marketing to ensure alignmentEstablish and own KPIs for product marketing performance, including revenue attributionEnable Sales and Revenue GrowthDevelop impactful sales enablement programs, including training, messaging frameworks, and toolsEquip sales teams with clear narratives that accelerate the buying processContribute to marketing-sourced pipeline and inbound MQL growth through strategic content initiativesInform Strategy with InsightLead market, customer, and competitive research to inform product and marketing decisionsUse both traditional research methods and agentic or generative AI to accelerate insights, content development, and strategic planningBuild and Develop a High-Performing TeamRecruit, coach, and develop product marketing professionalsCreate a clear operating model, prioritize effectively, and ensure the team has what they need to succeedProvide ongoing feedback and performance management aligned with Daxko valuesWhat You Bring10–12+ years of product marketing experience, ideally within B2B SaaS or technologyA proven track record of launching and scaling products in complex, competitive marketsExperience building and leading high-performing teamsStrong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levelsConfidence working in fast-moving environments and balancing multiple prioritiesHands-on experience using generative and agentic AI to enhance research, strategy, and content executionFamiliarity with marketing automation platforms, Salesforce, and modern revenue technology ecosystemsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred) - or equivalent experienceAdditional informationDaxko is dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce.
