OverviewReports to: VP of MarketingLeads: Post-Professional Marketing Specialist & DesignersScope: Post-Professional marketing strategy, performance, and growthRole SummaryThe Marketing Director, Post-Professional owns the end-to-end marketing strategy and performance for EIM’s Post-Professional business, including continuing education (CE), programs, and related offerings. This role is accountable for driving awareness, demand, conversion, and revenue growth through integrated marketing efforts aligned to business goals.The Marketing Director partners closely with Business Development, Program Leadership, Admissions, Events, and Marketing teams to optimize lead quality, conversion, and customer experience. This role serves as the subject matter expert on Post-Professional products and audiences, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on oversight in a lean, growth-oriented environment. ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Performance OwnershipDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy for the Post-Professional businessOwn performance goals, KPIs, reporting, and optimization across all marketing effortsIdentify opportunities to improve awareness, demand, conversion, and revenue performanceDeliver regular performance reporting and insights to leadershipDemand Generation & Digital Marketing OversightOversee digital marketing efforts across channels to maximize return on investmentImplement, monitor, and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and conversionPartner cross-functionally to improve lead response rates, pipeline performance, and outcomesUse data and insights to inform prioritization and investment decisionsWebsite & Digital Experience LeadershipOwn Post-Professional website strategy, updates, optimizations, and performance monitoringLead the relationship with website support vendors to execute web-based initiativesEnsure testing, quality assurance, and performance validation prior to live releasesMonitor site performance and flag critical issues or opportunities for improvementCross-Functional Collaboration & Revenue EnablementPartner closely with Business Development leadership to support sales strategy and pipeline growthCollaborate on messaging, positioning, and conversion strategies across programs and CE offeringsWork with Program and Faculty Experience (FX) leaders to maintain deep product knowledgeEnsure marketing efforts align with business priorities and sales motionsEvents & Partnerships SupportCollaborate with the Event Marketing Manager to support conference and event strategyEstablish performance goals for Post-Professional events and conferencesAttend and support priority conferences and events to maximize lead generation and attendee experienceContribute to cross-promotion and partnership strategies that extend reach and impactTeam Leadership & Budget ManagementLead, mentor, and develop a small team of Post-Professional marketing staffManage departmental budgets and ensure accuracy of P&L reportingPrioritize resources to balance growth initiatives with operational excellence QualificationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience7+ years of marketing experience, with senior responsibility for strategy and performanceExperience driving demand generation, digital marketing, and conversion optimizationStrong analytical skills with experience owning KPIs, reporting, and performance outcomesProven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teamsExperience managing websites and working with external web or technology partnersExperience leading and developing small teamsStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsWillingness to travel occasionally for conferences and events AboutConfluent Health, LLC and its affiliates are equal opportunity employers committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
