This is a high-impact role responsible for driving efficient, durable growth across a nine-figure budget while shaping how we reach and convert customers across the full funnel.The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and knows how to balance strategy with execution. You’re equally comfortable zooming out to define the vision and diving deep into the data to improve performance. You bring a strong point of view on measurement, creative, and channel strategy—and you’re excited about using emerging tools, including AI, to unlock smarter insights and faster execution.You Will:Own and scale the paid social program, managing a nine-figure annual budget against aggressive CPA and ROAS targetsDefine and evolve a full-funnel social strategy, expanding beyond performance into awareness and consideration to unlock incremental, efficient growthLeverage AI and automation to improve how we generate insights, execute campaigns, and report on performancePartner cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Analytics, and Marketing to identify growth opportunities and bring them to marketTranslate complex measurement inputs (MMM, MTA, Conversion Lift, etc.) into clear, actionable investment decisionsBuild and execute a robust testing roadmap across creative, targeting, and platform optimizationsLead creative strategy and production in partnership with internal teams and external agenciesIdentify and launch new channels, betas, and experiments to drive scalable growthCoach and develop a high-performing team across multiple levelsServe as a key driver of cross-functional initiatives that improve how we acquire and engage customersYou Have:10+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with a track record of owning and scaling large budgets (8–9 figures)Deep expertise in paid social platforms (especially Meta) and performance measurement frameworksProven ability to develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies, not just lower-funnel optimizationExperience using AI, automation, or advanced tooling to improve marketing efficiency, insights, or executionStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex, ambiguous data into clear recommendationsExperience building and scaling processes in fast-paced, high-growth environmentsStrong leadership skills with a track record of developing talentExcellent communication skills and ability to influence across teamsOur Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time rolesUnlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health daysComprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leaveEmployee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)401k benefits with employer matching contributionOffsite team retreatsWe are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging.
