In this role, you are the driving force behind our advanced Paid Media strategies, directly influencing our reputation and growth in the legal services vertical. You will be responsible for the strategy and delivery of all Paid Media services across Google, Microsoft, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and OTT.You are not just an expert in Paid Media; you are a thought leader who defines best practices, fosters innovation, and inspires excellence in your team and the industry. Your strategic insight will ensure we maintain cutting-edge services, and your leadership will cultivate a skilled team dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients.Position Responsibilities:Develop and continuously refine the agency's comprehensive Paid Media strategy and playbook, with a heavy emphasis on paid search and paid socialCraft the optimal structure for the Paid Media department to facilitate scalable growth, efficiency, and exceptional service deliveryLead, mentor, and develop a team of Paid Media professionals, from manager-level to individual contributors, through hands-on leadership, coaching, and advanced trainingLead innovative testing, rollout of new strategies, and exploration of emerging platforms or services to maintain the agency's position as an industry leaderAct as a strategic advisor for enterprise-level accounts, partnering with the Director of Client Success to ensure client success and retentionProactively manage and expand relationships with strategic partners (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Yelp) to enhance service offerings and drive revenue growthOwn evaluation and procurement of tools and technology to improve automation and efficiencies in Paid Media managementRemain at the forefront of industry trends, sharing insights and knowledge to elevate the entire team's expertiseFoster cross-functional collaboration with global teams to streamline processes for holistic marketing successCollaborate with the Solutions team to ensure accurate and streamlined tracking and data collection across all Paid Media platformsDefine resource management model and participate in the recruiting and hiring process for the Paid Media Services departmentSupport the Sales team by providing expert insights for scoping and strategizing Paid Media proposalsServe as client-facing partner for high-value clients while negotiating media strategies, and incorporating client feedback to drive continuous optimization and trustMaintain a feedback-driven mindset, actively listening to client concerns, evolving media plans accordingly, and presenting data-backed recommendations 10+ years in Paid Media marketing, preferably within a fast-paced, high-volume marketing agency setting7+ years of experience managing high-performing teams across all levelsExperience marketing to legal or medical practitioners highly preferedAdvanced knowledge of and experience with Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) AdsExceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at the executive levelPrior experience with or deep understanding of the legal industry's unique needs, highly desirablePassion for staying abreast of digital Paid Media industry trends and a desire to contribute thought leadership to the agency and industryDemonstrated history of driving innovation, conducting impactful tests, and enhancing Paid Media performanceBias for action and ability to make decisions quickly and thoughtfullyAbility to set a vision and generate stakeholder buy-in We’ve got you covered:EverService is proud to offer a variety of benefits to support employees and their families, including: Remote-First Environment Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Company 401(k) Matching Monthly Phone & Data Stipend Paid Vacation & Sick Time Off About EverService Holdings, LLC:EverService is a global provider of tech-enabled business solutions for companies of all sizes, helping them to grow and scale with digital marketing, website design & development, scheduling & booking services, 24/7 answering services, inbound & outbound sales, live virtual receptionists, client & patient intake, and IT services.
