The purpose of this position is to drive sponsorship and advertising revenue for Life Time through development of strategic, enterprise-wide partnerships, while upholding our Healthy Way of Life mission.    Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell Life Time sponsorship and advertising products across the enterprise including but not limited to athletic country club sponsorships, athletic event sponsorships, OOH media, print media and digital advertisingEstablish and maintain relationships with marketing decision makers for major brands and marketing agencies          Research and qualify leads (companies/people) and set up appointments in pursuit of new businessManage client relationships and drive renewals for future marketing programs understanding clients’ business priorities, timelines, and budgets to adapt past proposals and drive increased revenueCompile industry and category research for the purposes of developing innovative marketing ideas to assist sales efforts and renewals     Work cross-functionally with all departments to create comprehensive packages for sponsors, while ensuring a high level of internal communication relative to sales activitiesUnderstand partner brands and their competitors to develop solution-based integrated platforms to ensure partners achieve marketing objectives and ROIDevelop an in-depth understanding and adoption of Life Time’s business objectives Exhibit superior presentation, networking, negotiation and closing skills Represent Life Time at key industry and Life Time-operated programs / eventsUse CRM tools to maintain accurate reporting regarding sales, forecasting, and account maintenance                                         Position RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising or related field5 years or more media and/or sponsorship sales experiencePast experience making impactful presentations to senior executivesA proven track record of sales or business development successAbility to travel 5%-10% for client meetings and to support sponsorship activationsPreferred RequirementsStrong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of marketing best practices and strategiesExperience building and presenting integrated sponsorship / media packages to partnersExcellent presentation skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCreative problem solver. Ability to connect partner objectives with Life Time inventory and opportunities in new and innovative ways. Develop win-win-win solutions for partners, Life Time key stakeholders and Life Time consumers.Exceptionally responsiveDemonstrated negotiation and sales tacticsProven ability to meet quotasProven ability to create internal buy-in around new ideasProven track record of prioritization, organization, and the ability to multi-taskKnowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint presentation development (sales enablement resources are provided)Knowledge of SalesForce CRMPayThis is a salaried position starting at $85,000.00(or applicable minimum salary, if higher) and pays up to $117,000.00, based on experience and qualifications.
