We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead how we understand our customers, position our products, and win in the market. This role sits at the intersection of customer insight, product strategy, and revenue execution.You will work directly with customers and prospects to deeply understand their needs, buying journeys, and use cases—then translate those insights into clear positioning, compelling messaging, and effective sales enablement that drives bottom‑of‑funnel conversion.This is a highly cross‑functional role partnering closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, and a critical voice in shaping go‑to‑market strategy.Experience in telematics, fleet management, or connected technologies is a strong plus.What You’ll DoCustomer & Market IntelligenceDevelop a deep, first‑hand understanding of customers through interviews, ride‑alongs, win/loss analysis, deal reviews, and direct field engagementDefine and continuously refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and use cases grounded in real customer dataOwn market and competitive intelligence, including competitive positioning, battlecards, and differentiation strategiesPartner with Product to ensure customer insights directly inform product roadmap, positioning, and prioritizationProduct Positioning & MessagingOwn end‑to‑end product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across products and segmentsTranslate complex capabilities into clear, differentiated stories that resonate with buyers and economic decision‑makersEnsure consistency and clarity across all customer‑facing touchpoints, from website and campaigns to sales conversationsSales Enablement & Bottom‑of‑Funnel ImpactServe as a strategic partner to Sales, with a strong focus on pipeline acceleration and deal conversionBuild and maintain high‑impact sales enablement assets, including:Pitch decks and demo narrativesCompetitive battlecardsUse‑case‑driven talk tracksObjection handling and proof pointsEnable Sales and Solutions teams with the tools, training, and insights they need to win competitive dealsPartner with RevOps and Sales leadership to align messaging with deal stages, buyer signals, and conversion metricsGo‑to‑Market LeadershipLead product launches from strategy through execution, ensuring tight alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer SuccessSupport pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies with market‑backed insightsAct as a key voice in executive‑level GTM discussions, bringing a strong market and customer perspectiveWhat We’re Looking For:8–12+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or senior roleProven track record of working directly with customers and sales teams to drive revenue impactStrong experience defining personas, ICPs, use cases, and competitive positioningDemonstrated success in sales enablement and bottom‑of‑funnel optimizationAbility to synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear, actionable insightsExceptional storytelling, messaging, and presentation skillsComfortable operating in ambiguity and influencing without authorityDomain & Tools (a Plus)Experience in telematics, fleet management, IoT, SaaS, or connected systems a plusHands‑on experience with:SalesforceHubSpotSeismic (or similar sales enablement platforms)Experience partnering closely with RevOps, Sales Enablement, or Field Operations teamsWhat Success Looks LikeSales teams clearly articulate why we win and how we’re differentICPs, personas, and use cases are widely understood and used across teamsCompetitive deals show higher win rates and faster cyclesProduct decisions reflect real customer and market insightLaunches are focused, differentiated, and revenue‑drivingWhy This Role MattersThis role is central to how we connect what we build with why customers buy.
