We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing to build and scale the product marketing function at Sitemetric. This role will shape how we position our scalable workforce intelligence, access control, and site security solutions to general contractors, project owners, and enterprise stakeholders in the construction industry. You will set product positioning, pricing, define messaging, and develop compelling GTM enablement and marketing programs that communicate clear ROI and differentiation.The ideal candidate brings experience launching B2B SaaS products, construction vertical product marketing expertise, and a proven ability to align product, sales, and marketing efforts to accelerate growth. Together, we are leading the change in how the world is built.About the Role As Sitemetric’s Director of Product Marketing, you will define how we position, price, message, and bring our integrated access control and security solutions to market in the construction industry. You’ll craft compelling stories that resonate with general contractors, owners, and enterprise stakeholders—translating complex features into clear, benefit-driven value propositions. From competitive analysis and sales enablement to product launches and customer adoption campaigns, you’ll be the architect of how we communicate our value and win in the market. This is a high-visibility role for a strategic, data-driven leader who thrives in dynamic, growth-stage environments and is motivated by shaping a market category.Key ResponsibilitiesThis position reports to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), works across the entire organization, and includes the following responsibilities.Positioning & MessagingOwn the customer journey, ideal customer profile (ICP), buyer persona development and customer/market research to inform positioning and reveal growth opportunitiesTranslate complex product features into benefit-driven messaging that captivates our target audience and clearly articulates Sitemetric’s unique value proposition.Craft compelling stories and use cases that elevate construction jobsite visibility and security as critical categories, positioning Sitemetric as the market leader.Amplify Sitemetric’s brand and thought leadership with insights drawn directly from product capabilities and customer successes.Pricing, Market & Competitive AnalysisDevelop innovative pricing strategies for all product and services that supports our corporate strategiesConduct deep market and competitive analysis, including persona definition, pricing, unmet needs assessment, and solution differentiation.Stay ahead of the competitive landscape, crafting bold positioning strategies that clearly highlight Sitemetric’s unique advantages.Partner with Product Management to prioritize new market opportunities and define solution roadmaps based on customer, market and industry insights.Sales, Marketing & Customer Success EnablementOversee the creation of product-related content, such as whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and blog posts. Ensure that all content aligns with the product messaging and is targeted to the right audience.Train sellers on customer pain points, buyer journeys, and messaging frameworks to increase confidence and close rates.Equip Sales, Marketing, and CS with compelling sales presentation materials including first call decks, video case studies, testimonials, competitive battlecards, and ROI calculatorsNew Product IntroductionOwn and execute product and feature launches from pre-launch anticipation to post-launch momentum—delivering campaigns that generate buzz, drive adoption, and solidify market leadership.Design and implement innovative go-to-market (GTM) plans tailored to key ICPs and personas, ensuring maximum market penetration and measurable impact.Serve as program manager for launches, overseeing positioning, content creation, promotional tactics, and campaign execution.Assess launch performance and user adoption, reporting results and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.An ideal candidate has;You are a highly motivated self-starter who prides themselves on having a growth mindsetYou have tenacity that turns problems into opportunities without getting discouraged after a setback You are a problem-solver at heart—you seek to understand others’ business problems and identify the best possible solutions to improve their business outcomesDeep curiosity to engage customers to help them solve their business problems with Sitemetric solutionsRepresent and demonstrate our company values, brand, and missionQualificationsExperience & Leadership7-10 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS (construction tech, IoT, security, or related enterprise markets strongly preferred).Proven success in building and scaling product marketing functions in high-growth environments ($5M–$25M ARR stage experience preferred).You’re a compelling storyteller who can translate product capabilities into strategic narratives that elevate the brand and drive pipelineSkills & KnowledgeExpertise in translating complex technology into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to specific buyer personas.Strong understanding of SaaS, IoT, or enterprise technology environments.Familiarity with construction technology, workforce management, or industrial security a plus.Strong vertical marketing and ROI storytelling capabilities for enterprise decision makers.Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to delivering world-class product experiences and marketing materials.Other RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field (MBA a plus).Excellent communicator—skilled writer, dynamic public speaker, and confident with senior audiences.Data-driven mindset with exceptional ROI-tracking and analysis skills.Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and internal leadership meetings.Perks & Benefits As part of the Sitemetric team, you'll receive:Competitive pay based on experience and qualificationsHealth, dental and vision insurance for full time employees401(k) eligibilityEligible for discretionary bonus, based upon individual, team, and company-wide performance targeted to be up to 20% of annual base salary.Accrued paid sick leave for all employeesFlexible paid time offEmployee referral bonus plan includes $50 for each referred candidate that completes a minimum of three (3) consecutive calendar months of service with Sitemetric. The base pay for this remote position ranges from $160,000 to $180,000 per year.
