Reporting into the Product Design and UX organization, this role ensures that customer understanding, storytelling, and adoption are embedded directly into how the product is designed, built, and launched.This leader operates at the intersection of product, design, growth, and revenue and is responsible for transforming platform capabilities into clear, compelling, visually rich customer experiences across every channel and lifecycle stage.This is not a traditional campaign-based marketing role.
