We currently hire in most U.S. states, with the exception of Hawaii.About the RoleWe are looking for a Director of Performance Marketing that will lead the paid media and performance marketing strategy across the full DTC funnel for patient marketing, driving scalable growth with strong ROI discipline across a nine-figure budget. You will build and lead a high-performing team, manage agency partners, and oversee performance and brand paid media programs. Partnering closely with analytics, you’ll implement modern measurement and experimentation frameworks, including MMM, attribution, and incrementality testing, to inform decisions and unlock growth. You’ll plan, forecast, and report on channel performance, scale patient starts efficiently, and continuously test creative, targeting, bidding, and new channels.This role collaborates closely with brand, product, engineering, and finance teams to ensure on-brand creative, a strong martech foundation, and disciplined investment planning. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of paid media and growth marketing experience, a track record scaling DTC programs with $50M+ budgets, deep channel expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and a hands-on, test-and-learn mindset that thrives in complex, high-growth environments.Required Qualifications10+ years of related professional experience8+ years experience owning in-house DTC performance marketing programs in a sophisticated or growth environment with $50M+ annual budgets across 3+ material channels (core channels - paid search, paid social, affiliates)5+ years managing people with at least 2+ years managing a team of 3+Demonstrated track record of experience driving material growth in user acquisition from paid media DTC channelsDemonstrated track record launching and scaling new user acquisition channels / programs in D2C paid marketingExpert using different marketing measurement approaches - marketing mix modeling, multi touch attribution, incrementality testingPreferred QualificationsWhile having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory.
