Nue helps sales, operations, and finance teams gain revenue acceleration, operational efficiency and revenue controls at speed and scale. Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Director of Performance Marketing to own and scale our acquisition engine across paid and organic channels. This role is responsible for driving measurable growth through SEM, SEO/AEO, paid social, third-party media, and emerging channels like OOH, while ensuring strong return on investment and pipeline impact.You will translate high-level growth strategy into data-driven, multi-channel execution, optimizing performance across the full funnel. This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and operational excellence, with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI and automation to increase efficiency and scale.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance & Growth StrategyOwn the strategy and execution of performance marketing programs across SEM, SEO/AEO, paid social, OOH, and third-party mediaDevelop and execute acquisition strategies to drive pipeline, revenue, and efficient CACIdentify new growth opportunities across channels, audiences, and marketsDefine KPIs, measurement frameworks, and testing strategies to continuously improve performanceChannel Ownership & ExecutionLead SEM strategy, budget allocation, and execution (Google Ads and other platforms)Own and scale SEO and AEO programs to drive organic growth and visibilityManage and optimize paid social and third-party media buys, ensuring performance and alignment with goalsOversee OOH and non-digital channels, including vendor management and performance tracking where possibleEnsure campaigns are properly built, tracked, and optimized across all channelsCampaign & Funnel OptimizationPartner with Growth Marketing and Content Marketing to translate strategy into high-performing campaign plansOptimize conversion paths across website, landing pages, and forms to improve engagement and conversion ratesOwn campaign setup including audiences, segmentation, tracking (UTMs), workflows, and integrationsContinuously test messaging, targeting, and channel mix to maximize impactAnalytics & Performance MeasurementOwn performance reporting across all acquisition channels, focusing on pipeline and revenue impactBuild and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance, ROI, and funnel conversionProvide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and scalePartner with RevOps to ensure data accuracy, attribution, and system integrityAI & Operational ExcellenceLeverage AI and agentic tools to improve campaign execution, optimization, and productivityDesign and optimize workflows, processes, and systems to increase team efficiencyEvaluate and manage marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Webflow, etc.)Ensure seamless integration across systems and channelsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Growth Marketing, ABX, Content, and RevOps to align on strategy and executionCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns launch on time and perform effectivelyMaintain strong communication with stakeholders on plans, progress, and resultsWhat We’re Looking For8–12+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or acquisition rolesProven track record of driving growth through paid media and organic channelsDeep expertise in SEM, SEO, paid social, and performance analyticsExperience managing budgets, media buying, and ROI optimizationFamiliarity with OOH and third-party media channels is a strong plusStrong analytical mindset with experience in attribution, reporting, and funnel optimizationHands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Webflow, analytics platformsExperience leveraging AI tools to improve marketing performance and efficiencyExcellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skillsAbility to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environmentWhy This Role MattersThis role is critical to building a scalable, efficient growth engine.
