Our cloud-native solution helps clients streamline operations, enhance organization, and drive unparalleled performance in their lending processes What you'll own:  The Director of Partnership Marketing is a strategic leader responsible for driving growth through two critical channels: our existing customer base and our partner ecosystem. This dual-focus role requires a high-level strategist who can build loyalty and expansion within our customer base while simultaneously developing and executing co-marketing strategies with strategic partners to drive mutual revenue growth. You will lead the strategy for customer engagement, retention, and advocacy, while also serving as the primary marketing liaison for channel partners, technology integrators, and strategic alliances. The ideal candidate acts as a bridge between Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships, ensuring a unified approach to ecosystem growth. Essential Job Functions:  Partner Marketing Strategy (Acquisition & Ecosystem) Co-Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) campaigns with strategic partners (tech alliances, SIs, agencies) to generate net-new leads and influence pipeline. Partner Enablement: Create robust partner enablement assets, including pitch decks, battle cards, joint value proposition one-pagers, and webinar content to arm partner sales teams. Relationship Management: Serve as the marketing counterpart to the Partnerships/Alliances team, building strong relationships with marketing peers at partner organizations. Event Strategy: Lead the strategy for partner-focused events and sponsorships to maximize brand visibility within the partner ecosystem. Customer Marketing Strategy (Retention & Expansion) Lifecycle Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end customer lifecycle marketing strategies that increase retention, reduce churn, and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities (ARR expansion). Advocacy & Community: Build and scale a world-class customer advocacy program (case studies, referrals, CABs) and user community to foster peer-to-peer engagement. Customer Communication: Oversee the "Voice of the Customer" in marketing, ensuring consistent, high-value communication across email, in-app messaging, and customer events. Onboarding & Adoption: Partner with Customer Success to create marketing touchpoints that accelerate time-to-value for new customers. Job Qualifications / Skill Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; 5-7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years specifically in B2B SaaS Partner Marketing or Customer Marketing (ideally exposure to both). Strategic Leadership: Proven experience managing budgets, strategies, and cross-functional initiatives at a senior level. Ecosystem Expertise: Demonstrated success in building co-marketing relationships with major technology platforms or service partners. Customer Obsession: Deep understanding of B2B customer journeys, retention metrics (churn, NRR), and advocacy programs. Tool Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of CRM (Hubspot), Marketing Automation (HubSpot), and PRM (Partner Relationship Management) tools. Communication: Exceptional narrative-building skills; ability to translate technical integrations into compelling joint value propositions. Analytical: Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.
