Overview Director of Marketing, Sales Enablement   Location: Nashville preferred however can be remote     About the Role We’re seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to lead both internal and external marketing initiatives for Acadia and our specialty or acute line of business, including a portfolio of facilities. This high-impact leadership position oversees campaigns, website strategy, social media, email marketing, and team development. You’ll manage projects end-to-end while driving innovation and optimization across all marketing platforms to strengthen facility brand presence and consumer engagement.   Compensation & Benefits We value your expertise and dedication—and we invest in your success. Competitive Base Salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Plan with Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) and recognized holidays Company-paid Basic Life and AD&D Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and mental wellness resources Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within Acadia’s nationwide network Responsibilities Essential Functions Lead and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including budgeting, creation, and optimization Oversee website improvements, content migration, and analytics reporting Ideate, develop and execute creative & engaging B2B & B2C social media & email marketing campaigns on behalf of our portfolio of facilities Develop and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering growth and collaboration Partner with senior and executive leadership to align marketing strategies with organizational goals Drive data-driven decision-making through analysis of Salesforce, Power BI, and other platforms Build content strategy and brand visibility across blogs, referral engines, and industry sites Manage online reputation by monitoring brand mentions and reviews, responding to feedback, and implementing strategies to maintain a positive public image and drive improvement in overall ratings Facilitate staff training on all of the above and more Oversee internal processes and/or focus areas Manage entire department in the absence of VP of Marketing Performs other duties as assigned     Standard Expectations Complies with organizational policies, procedures, performance improvement initiatives and maintains organizational and industry policies regarding confidentiality Communicate clearly and effectively to person(s) receiving services and their family members, guests and other members of the health care team Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintains them over time Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members Maintains regular and predictable attendance Qualifications Education/Experience/Skill Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred 10 years of experience in marketing leadership, strategy creation, and campaign management with 4 or more years of experience in leading teams is preferred Experience in leading website & SEO/AIO strategy is preferred Deep understanding of email marketing & social media marketing best practices is REQUIRED Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines is REQUIRED Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with WordPress Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work with sensitive, proprietary data Experience with bid management, ad copy testing, and programmatic platforms Familiarity with multivariate testing and ad servers   Supervisory Requirements Supervises a team of employees     While this job description is intended to be an accurate reflection of the requirements of the job, management reserves the right to add or remove duties from particular jobs when circumstances (e.g. emergencies, changes in workload, rush jobs or technological developments) dictate.    We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants for employment regardless of an individual’s characteristics protected by applicable state, federal and local laws.   #LI-JS1 #remote
