This person will own growth, demand generation, PR, conferences, communications, and market development — with a primary focus on driving B2B clinic adoption and pipeline growth.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to build marketing from the ground up in a fast-scaling medical device company. You should have a proven track record generating revenue and market awareness in complex B2B healthcare sales environments, particularly selling into clinics, provider groups, or healthcare enterprises.Initially, this role will directly execute across multiple functions. You will build and lead the broader marketing organization, including growth marketing, events, lifecycle/email marketing, social media, and marcomm hires.We are looking for a true marketing leader — someone strategic enough to define the vision, but operational enough to execute at a high level in a lean startup environment.What You’ll Do:Own B2B Growth & Pipeline GenerationBuild and lead Ampa’s B2B marketing strategy focused on clinic acquisition and provider adoptionOwn marketing-sourced pipeline Develop and optimize multi-channel lead generation and nurture campaigns across LinkedIn, paid media, outbound marketing, email, webinars, conferences, and partnershipsCreate scalable nurture and lifecycle programs that convert awareness into qualified opportunitiesPartner closely with Sales to improve funnel conversion, lead quality, attribution, and revenue outcomesLead Brand, PR & Market CommunicationsOwn Ampa’s PR, communications, and market positioning strategyDrive thought leadership initiatives that establish Ampa as a category leader in neurotechnology and mental health treatmentDevelop press releases, executive communications, announcements, provider-facing messaging, and customer storiesOversee social media and digital presence to ensure consistent, high-quality storytelling and market visibilityDevelop strategies to improve visibility across AI and LLM-driven discovery platformsOwn Conferences & Field MarketingLead Ampa’s conference and event strategy across clinical, healthcare, and industry eventsBuild high-ROI conference programs that generate pipeline and strengthen strategic relationships with quantified results.Manage pre-event outreach, onsite activation, and post-event conversion workflowsIdentify speaking opportunities, partnerships, and industry collaborations that increase credibility and awarenessBuild the Marketing OrganizationEstablish the foundation for Ampa’s long-term marketing function, infrastructure, and processesInitially execute across growth marketing, marcomm, conferences, social media, lifecycle/email marketing, and contentOver time, recruit and lead a high-performing marketing team across these functionsBuild reporting systems, KPIs, and dashboards to measure growth efficiency and campaign performanceWhat We’re Looking For:8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation leadershipProven and quantifiable track record driving revenue growth in medical device, healthtech, SaaS, or healthcare technology companiesStrong experience marketing into clinics, physician groups, provider organizations, or healthcare enterprisesDemonstrated ability to both lead strategy and execute hands-on in fast-paced startup environmentsExpertise across demand generation, PR, marcomm, conferences/events, digital marketing, and lifecycle marketingStrong operator with deep knowledge of HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, CRM systems, and marketing analyticsExceptional communication and storytelling abilities across executive, clinical, and commercial audiencesExperience building and scaling marketing teams is strongly preferredBonus: experience in neurotechnology, mental health, or mission-driven healthcare companiesBonus: strong sense for design and aesthetics in digital and physical assetsWhy Join Ampa?You’ll build and lead the marketing organization at one of the most promising neurotechnology startups in healthcareYour work will directly accelerate clinic adoption and expand access to transformative depression treatmentYou’ll join a small, high-performing team where execution matters and impact is immediateCompetitive compensation, significant equity upside, and benefitsLogistics:Work Mode: RemoteLocation: United States (Pacific Timezone Preferred)Compensation: $180-$230K base + strong equityEmployment Type: Full-time / Permanent
