This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Dysport in a new therapeutic area and make a meaningful impact for patients living with migraine. You will be part of a passionate, collaborative team committed to innovation and excellence in Neuroscience. The Director will join the Neuroscience Marketing team as an individual contributor and will be joined by additional Marketing headcount as a potential launch approaches. The position will report to the Senior Director, Neuroscience MarketingThe Director, Dysport Marketing - Migraine will be responsible for developing, managing, and ultimately executing brand plans, with a particular focus on HCP engagement and patient marketing. This includes all facets of launch readiness planning, including but not limited to: strategy, positioning, segmentation, messaging, creative campaign development/testing, material development, and budget planning/management. The Director will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional partners including partnership with Global Launch Team, Data & Analytics, Insights, Sales, Value & Access, Medical Affairs, HEOR, Regulatory and Legal. Additionally, the Director will work external partners, including creative & media agencies.WHAT - Main Responsibilities & Technical CompetenciesThis role is critical to shaping the brand’s entry into the migraine space and will key in the development and execution of a comprehensive launch strategy that positions Dysport for success in a competitive and evolving market.Cross-Functional PartnershipWork with Global and US Launch teams to drive alignment across key stakeholders, including Medical Affairs, Value & Access, Sales, Regulatory, Legal, Data & Analytics, and Insights, to support core elements of launchLaunch Strategy: Creation of the U.S. launch strategy for Dysport in Migraine, including brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning.Customer Insights & Market Research: Generation of deep customer insights through qualitative and quantitative research to inform brand strategy and tactical planning.Tactic Design & Execution: Lead development and execution of initiatives including congresses, personal promotion, training/education, and omnichannel engagement plans for HCPs and patientsLaunch Readiness: Ensure all critical milestones are met, including training, field force preparation, and supply chain coordination.Agency & Budget Management: Manage external agency partners and oversee budget planning and trackingPerformance Metrics: Establishment of KPIs and tracking mechanisms to measure pre-launch effectiveness and readiness.HOW - Knowledge & ExperienceKnowledge & Experience (essential):Minimum 12 years of overall relevant experience, with at least 5 years of biopharma marketing experienceExperience with Migraine is required; preferably 2 years neurotoxin experience (inclusive or outside of migraine)Successful launch planning experienceExperience with Pharma Direct-to-Consumer creation, execution, measurement & optimizationProven cross-functional leadership skills to lead across a complex matrixed organizationStrong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to influence othersAbility to work with multiple internal cross-functional teams and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneouslyTrack record of successful projects delivery and positive performance results.Strong scientific/medical aptitude and experienceDemonstrated success in project, vendor, and experience managing large budgetsKnowledge of the AMA, ACCME, PhRMA and FDA regulations associated with promotion and industry-supported scientific education activities.Working within an environment of strict compliance to all appropriate regulatory guidelines to successfully design and execute tactics, programs and tools that achieve business objectives.Excellent written and verbal skills and strong interpersonal communication skillsWillingness/ability to travel domestically.
