See for yourself.As a key member of the Product Management and Marketing team you will play an integral part in helping Enovis drive the medical technology industry forward through transforming patient care and creating better patient outcomes.Job Title:Director, Enabling Tech Product Management (Upstream Marketing)Reports To:Vice President, Global Product ManagementLocation:RemoteJob Title/High Level Position Summary:We are seeking a Director, Enabling Tech Product Management (Upstream Marketing) who will be responsible for defining and executing the global strategy for enabling technologies across the orthopedic portfolio including augmented reality, navigation, robotics and data-driven surgical solutions.This role owns the “where to play” and “how to win” for enabling technologies—translating surgeon needs, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence into a differentiated, scalable product ecosystem that drives procedural adoption, capital efficiency, and long-term platform value.You will operate at the intersection of clinical insight, engineering innovation, and commercial execution, ensuring enabling technologies accelerate implant pull-through, improve surgical outcomes, and strengthen surgeon loyalty globally. Key Responsibilities: 1. Global Strategy & Portfolio LeadershipDefine and lead the global enabling technology strategyEstablish clear portfolio priorities aligned to growth driversDetermine Project prioritization for new product introductionsBuild long-range roadmaps that integrate hardware, software, and data into a unified ecosystemCoordinate product/strategy implementation by working with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing Communications, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Education, Sales Training, etc. 2. Product Lifecycle OwnershipOwn end-to-end lifecycle from concept through launch, scale, and optimizationDrive product requirements grounded in surgeon workflows, clinical outcomes, and economic valueServe as the global leader for enabling technology initiatives, ensuring alignment across R&D, clinical, regulatory, operations, and commercial teamsPartner with R&D and engineering to deliver differentiated, high-quality solutions on time and on budgetEnsure global scalability across geographies, regulatory environments, and care settingsEnsure launch readiness across all dimensions: product, training, supply chain, regulatory approval, and commercial deployment 3. Commercial & Market ExecutionTranslate strategy into clear commercial value propositions for surgeons, hospitals, and ASCsDrive global launch excellence, including segmentation, pricing strategy, and adoption plansPartner with sales leadership to accelerate utilization, penetration, and pull-through of implantsDefine and track KPIs: adoption rates, utilization, capital ROI, and procedural growth 4. Competitive Intelligence & Market InsightDevelop deep understanding of competitive technologies landscapeMonitor market trendsTranslate insights into actionable product and positioning strategiesSupport executive and investor narratives around enabling technology differentiation 5. Cross-Functional LeadershipLead alignment across R&D, marketing, clinical, regulatory, operations, and commercial teamsServe as the central hub connecting upstream strategy with downstream executionDrive disciplined decision-making using data, financial modeling, and strategic frameworksInfluence without authority across global stakeholders 6. Financial Ownership & Capital StrategyBuild and manage business cases including revenue, NPV, and capital investment trade-offsOptimize capital efficiency and ROI for enabling technology platformsPartner with finance to align portfolio investments with long-term value creationSupport M&A and partnership evaluations in enabling technology 7.
