ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Agent Marketing team and lead agent-level digital media programs that drive measurable growth. This role owns the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of multi-channel digital campaigns, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-performing, brand-aligned marketing that supports agent business objectives. You will also support agent-level integrations of national brand campaigns and tentpole initiatives such as the Big Game, World Cup, and Thursday Night Football, ensuring agents have timely, effective digital programs that extend national moments into local market impact.The ideal candidate is equal parts strategic and hands-on: comfortable building media plans, managing creative and trafficking workflows, analyzing performance, and making data-driven optimizations.
