We train and certify therapists and coaches in the RTT methodology, and provide courses and audios to help people overcome issues and live a better life.We’re looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Project Manager to bring structure, predictability, and momentum to our marketing and sales operations. You’ll work directly under the CMO and be responsible for translating high-level business goals into clear weekly sprints, managing workloads across marketing, funnel, creative, and implementation teams, and protecting priorities from ad-hoc disruption.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments but knows how to create order, maintain boundaries, and champion the right priorities - even in the face of competing demands.SummaryYou will manage the full workflow of marketing and sales projects- including funnel builds, campaign launches, automation tasks, creative production, and technical fixes. You’ll coordinate with cross-functional specialists and department leads, ensure every team member is focused on the right tasks, and enforce the weekly sprint with confidence and clarity.The ideal candidate understands digital project scoping well enough to estimate complexity, anticipate bottlenecks, and prioritise intelligently. You will be responsible for giving visibility to leadership, keeping the team aligned, and preventing ad-hoc requests from derailing progress.At your core: you are calm, organised, assertive, and unshakeable.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Sprint ManagementBuild, manage, and enforce weekly sprints across marketing, funnel, creative, tech, and media teamMaintain a clear project roadmap aligned with company priorities and deadlineAssign tasks, manage workload capacity, and ensure no team member becomes overloadedProactively identify bottlenecks, scope creep, and risks  -  and resolve them before they become issuesPrioritisation & Stakeholder ManagementServe as the gatekeeper of the marketing priority listPush back on unplanned tasks and clarify the downstream impact of new requestsChallenge stakeholders respectfully when priorities conflict, using data and rationaleCommunicate timelines, trade-offs, and delivery expectations clearlyCross-Functional CoordinationLiaise daily with funnel builders, automation specialists, designers, media buyers, copywriters, and dev teamsCollaborate with and hold to account external agencies and contractorsTranslate strategic goals and creative direction into actionable tasksEnsure interdependencies (e.g., creative → ads → funnel → automation → QA) are accounted for in planningWork closely with sales, product, and support to align campaigns and launchesOperational ExcellenceRun daily standups and weekly sprint reviewsMaintain Asana as the single source of truth  -  clean boards, accurate statuses, zero ambiguityDocument processes, improve workflows, and introduce systems that increase efficiencyTrack timelines, monitor velocity, and ensure projects ship on timeReporting & VisibilityProvide the CMO with accurate project status updates without having to be askedCreate weekly reports outlining wins, blockers, capacity, and next stepsEnsure everyone - specialists and leadership - knows what’s happening and whyRequirementsProvide the CMO with accurate project status updates without having to be askedProven experience as a Project Manager within a digital, creative, or tech environmentExperience managing cross-functional marketing teamsAbility to prioritise tasks intelligently based on business value, complexity, and dependenciesExceptional organisational skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills, especially under pressureAbility to say “no” or “not now” with confidence and clarityExperience with Asana (or similar tools like ClickUp, Monday, or Notion)Calm, structured, assertive personality  -  you bring order to chaosAbility to anticipate issues before they arise, maintain boundaries, and protect team focusPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with marketing systems such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or WordPressUnderstanding of creative workflows (design, copy, media assets)Experience coordinating developers or technical implementersKnowledge of Agile principles and sprint managementWhat Makes You an Ideal CandidateYou are stoic, calm, and steady  -  even when the environment is notYou protect senior personnel’s time and focusYou love structure, clarity, and accountabilityYou are comfortable managing up and pushing back diplomaticallyYou are the person who creates order, not the one who waits for itYou naturally protect priorities and keep teams focusedYou thrive on making complex workflows simple and predictableYou enjoy working in fast-paced, mission-driven environmentsYou bring both people skills and process skills
