Job Title: Digital Marketing ManagerCompany: Renken RemodelingLocation: Hybrid/Remote (serving MD, VA, WV, PA, FL)Employment Type: Full-time, ExemptRenken Remodeling is a growing home remodeling company seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who is obsessed with systems, ad platforms, and lead performance. This role owns our digital lead generation engine and keeps a tight handle on data, tracking, and ROI.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and optimize paid/organic campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, etc.) with a focus on cost per lead/demo and cost per sale.Manage third-party lead providers, monitor lead quality, and adjust budgets and sources based on performance.Build and improve funnels: landing pages, forms, thank-you pages, and follow-up flows to maximize conversions.Configure and maintain tracking and attribution (UTMs, pixels, conversion events) across platforms and tools.Create clear performance reports and dashboards; share insights and recommendations with leadership.Collaborate with sales and events teams to ensure consistent lead handling, follow-up, and feedback loops.Coordinate with web/SEO resources to strengthen local visibility in our service areas.Qualifications3–5+ years of performance-focused digital marketing experience.Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns.Experience with lead generation for service-based or home improvement businesses strongly preferred.Strong analytical skills and comfort with spreadsheets and platform reporting.Familiarity with CRM/lead management tools and basic marketing automation.Clear communicator who can work closely with sales, operations, and outside partners.What We OfferCompetitive salary with performance-based bonus opportunity.Chance to build and scale the digital marketing function in a growing, multi-state company.Collaborative, results-driven team environment.
