This role focuses on executing targeted digital programs that reach decision-makers within streaming platforms, broadcasters, and telecom operators — while clearly differentiating Simply.TV in a competitive market.You will own day-to-day digital channel management, campaign execution, and performance optimization across paid, owned, and earned channels. Working closely with Sales, Product, and customer experience you’ll turn strategic priorities into measurable pipeline impact.This is an execution-focused role for someone who combines strong B2B digital expertise with a niche-audience mindset and a passion for continuous testing and optimization.ResponsibilitiesWhat you will own:Digital Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel B2B campaigns (LinkedIn, search, display, email, retargeting, and account-based programs)Translate GTM priorities into targeted digital initiatives that generate qualified leads and pipelineBuild campaign reports and insights to guide targeting, messaging, and channel investmentNiche Audience TargetingIdentify and reach specific buyer personas and industry segments through precise targeting and messagingSupport Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts for key accounts and strategic segmentsContent Distribution & Channel ManagementManage digital distribution of content including whitepapers, case studies, webinars, thought leadership, and product messagingMaintain and optimize website performance, landing pages, and conversion flowsPerformance Tracking & OptimizationMonitor KPIs across channels (traffic, engagement, MQLs, conversion rates, pipeline contribution)Run A/B tests and continuously improve campaign performance and cost efficiencyManage marketing automation and CRM integration (e.g., Pipedrive)Brand DifferentiationEnsure consistent positioning that clearly communicates Simply.TV’s value and differentiation in the marketMonitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform campaign adjustments You'll thrive in this role if you have:4+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing in the Digital Media, Streaming, or Metadata industry Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and marketing automation toolsProven ability to reach niche or specialized B2B audiences and generate high-quality leadsExperience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Marketo, or similar)Solid understanding of conversion optimization, funnel metrics, and campaign analyticsExperience supporting ABM programs or targeted enterprise marketing initiativesExcellent collaboration skills and experience working closely with Sales and Product teamsA data-driven, test-and-learn mindset with a bias for executionKPIsHow we will measure your success:Marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and pipeline generated from digital channelsCost per lead (CPL) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) efficiencyConversion rates across landing pages and campaignsEngagement metrics for key accounts and target segmentsContribution of digital programs to Sales pipeline and revenueWhy join?  Real Impact – Directly influence pipeline growth and market visibility Global Reach – Work with a worldwide team serving leading media and technology companies Hands-On Ownership – Execute, test, optimize, and see the results of your work Remote-Friendly – Work flexibly, collaborate globally, and thrive in a culture that values transparency and ownership.
