The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and executing the brand’s digital experience, both inside and outside the store as well as behind the scenes. This role is a critical member of the Marketing Leadership Team, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer of JLI and leads digital projects, strategy, deployment and measurement of key owned, paid and earned marketing solutions.   The role is a critical liaison working across many key functions, including Brand/media, innovation, Customer Experience, IT, and marketing operations.The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing the digital ecosystem and innovation strategy for retail franchise businesses or automotive aftermarket brands.   This role is pivotal in helping to drive the success of our marketing initiatives across multiple franchise locations and will be responsible for building and deploying digital marketing programs, digital paid media and constantly measuring and optimizing digital marketing programs. What you’ll be doingAs digital extends into almost every facet of marketing, so does the Digital Marketing Manager. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Leading the digital media planning process for the national advertising plan, including programmatic, paid media channels and premium digital sponsorships which may include tactics including paid search, online video, digital audio, display, social media, influencer marketing and other programs.Managing and continually optimizing all websites, microsites and franchisee resource webpages including continually optimizing a consistent UX-UI experience across the digital platforms, both for consumers and franchiseesOwning the SEO & Paid Search strategy and execution – implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings and manage paid search campaigns including keyword strategy, bid optimization and performance reporting.Digital Media planning, Performance management, optimization and deployment of all performance media channels (Paid search, digital video etc.)Digital analytics and reporting – track, analyze and report website statistics and paid media performance leveraging a range of digital KPIs across analytics platformsManaging the development and execution of the social media strategy to help drive brand affinity and engagementPartnering with the Brand and Communications team on creative development specific to digital platformsUtilizing digital trends and insights to influence the digital innovation roadmap with management responsibilities across relevant innovation projectsDriving digital competency and proficiency across the JLI organization and solutions to support the franchisee networkDemonstrating ongoing measurement and tangible returns across all digital initiativesKey SkillsThis is an excellent role for someone seeking an opportunity to influence the future of Jiffy Lube. In addition to the digital and technological expertise required, the Digital Marketing Manager must be an effective influencer and change agent, empowered to drive improvement and willing to make bold and fast moves. What you bring Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employerBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required; Master’s degree is preferredPrior experience in automotive service, retail operations, or franchise marketing is strongly preferredMinimum of 7 years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on digital media, marketing technologies, and performance-driven campaignsFamiliarity with analytics platforms (Google or Adobe), CRM software (Salesforce), and digital advertising platforms (Google, YouTube, The Trade Desk, Meta, TikTok) is strongly preferredExperience in utilizing first-party data and integrating with front-end web systemDemonstrated ability to interpret consumer behavior, leverage market research, and apply analytics to inform strategyHighly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical skills to assess market trends, campaign performance, and digital KPIs.Proven track record of delivering measurable results quickly and efficientlyPassion for exploring emerging digital trends and technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness and operational efficiencyProven internal and external stakeholder management experience with ability to distill complex or technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and franchiseesNote: This role is open to relocation What we offer The base salary range for this position is $122,000 - $182,000 per year.  Individual pay will be based on various factors, such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skill level, seniority, and internal equity.   For regular full-time or regular part-time employees of the Company (participating companies as listed in the Summary Plan Description), insurance coverage options include medical, dental, vision coverage, life Insurance, Business Travel Accident Insurance, and Occupational Accidental Death Benefit programs. Employees also participate in a company pension plan and a 401(k) plan. Paid leave includes up to 6 weeks of paid vacation time, up to 11 paid holidays, and parental leave offering 16 weeks of paid leave for birthing parents, and 8 weeks of paid leave for non-birthing parents.Additionally, employees are eligible for short-term disability leave for up to 26 weeks at 100% or 50% of base pay as well as Long-Term Disability insurance.
