Learn more at www.evenuplaw.com.Challenges You’ll SolveWe’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to manage our paid media strategy across SEM, paid social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, etc). You’ll be responsible for creating compelling campaigns that generate qualified pipeline for our sales team. The right candidate for the role is an incredibly data-driven growth marketer with expertise in multiple demand generation channels. You must have a proven track record of driving a high volume of quality opportunities into sales and examples to show your partnership.Digital marketing is a major potential channel for EvenUp and you’ll own the pipeline from Google / Bing Search, paid social (Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, TikTok, Youtube), retargeting, and display ads. You will work closely with all other marketing teams along with sales, product, and ops to create campaigns, analyze data, and optimize all aspects of our paid media strategy. The successful candidate will draw upon their project management experience to ensure campaigns are flawlessly delivered on time and on budget. You’ll support end-to-end campaign creation, execution, delivery and measurement of all demand generation campaigns.What will you do?Own pipeline by channels to drive business outcomes to generate net new business pipeline and help accelerate deals to closeTest, learn and get creative with new channels across the funnel from awareness to conversion and understanding the differentOwn the paid media budget and partner with marketing operations to deliver regular reporting and insights from different marketing campaignsLead and mentor a growing digital marketing teamManage the execution of digital marketing channels, including all paid media (paid search, display, social) to maximize engagement and efficient use of spendContinue to build out an ABM (Account Based Marketing) practice, supporting 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 with strategic accounts while balancing high velocity GTM motions for the SMB and Mid-Market prospects.Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, SDRs, and Marketing Operations to align messaging, lead flow, and attributionOwn, execute, analyze, and optimize our paid media efforts across platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter)Define campaign objectives, target audiences, effective reporting and create marketing assets to execute campaignsResearch new and applicable online marketing and advertising technology/platforms to improve efficiency across campaigns, including staying up to date on current trends and best practicesManage vendors and/or agencies to ensure paid programs are turned on, running, and optimizedResearch new and applicable online marketing and advertising technology/platforms, to improve efficiency across campaigns, including staying up to date on current trends and best practicesAnalyze daily performance to ensure campaigns are pacing to budget and performance targets are metResponsible for maintaining housekeeping and hygiene of advertising accounts and overall monitoring of account healthWhat skills and experience should you bring?6+ years working in growth marketing with an emphasis on digital advertising or other demand generation channels5+ years in managing Paid Advertising/Digital Marketing programs (experience in marketing B2B SaaS products is a strong plus)Expert reporting and analytics capabilitiesHighly organized and comfortable with working to deadlinesExceptional at multitaskingNotice to Candidates:EvenUp has been made aware of fraudulent job postings and unaffiliated third parties posing as our recruiting team – please know that we have no affiliation or connection to these situations.
