This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with creative execution, and has a strong track record of scaling campaigns, generating leads, and improving ROI.You will be responsible for managing paid media, optimizing funnels, and leading cross-channel marketing initiatives to accelerate growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) Oversee SEO and content strategies to drive organic traffic and inbound leads Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CAC, and conversion rates Build and manage marketing funnels, landing pages, and lead nurturing workflows Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation tools Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and email campaigns Track and report on key KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles Proven track record of managing and scaling paid ad campaigns with measurable ROI Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, or similar Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies Strong project management and organizational skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Experience working in a remote or distributed team is a plus Fully remote role with flexible working hours Work with a fast-growing, high-impact company scaling globally Opportunities for career advancement into senior leadership roles Performance-based bonuses and incentives Access to cutting-edge marketing tools and ongoing training Collaborative, results-driven team environment Long-term, stable opportunity with growth potential
