This role is responsible for managing platform operations, publishing content when needed, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and tracking digital performance metrics. The Digital Marketing Channel Manager will serve as the primary liaison with external vendors, including web developers, hosting providers, and SEO consultants, and will stay current with emerging web technologies and best practices to continuously improve digital operations.RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the primary manager of CCS’s website and digital platforms, overseeing updates, integrations, features, and platform stabilityCollaborate with external vendors, web developers, and hosting providers to ensure smooth operation and timely improvementsPartner with the Business Intelligence Team to manage the firm’s HubSpot Marketing instance, including automation, workflows, forms, integrations, and formatting emails and landing pagesSupport cross-functional teams across Marketing and Business Intelligence to enable digital initiativesPublish and maintain digital content as needed, ensuring accuracy and alignment with CCS’s brand and messagingImplement on-page SEO best practices and support keyword research effortsTrack and report digital metrics across all platforms to inform leadership and guide operational decisionsMonitor email deliverability, CTR, open rates, and unsubscribe trendsStay current with emerging web technologies and best practices to optimize site performance and digital operations QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience managing websites, digital platforms, and analytics toolsHands-on experience with WordPress and HubSpotFamiliarity with SEMrush, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Monday.com, and CanvaKnowledge of HTML/CSS/JSON for basic troubleshooting and platform managementBasic understanding of SEO, analytics, and marketing automation toolsStrong project management and organizational skillsProactive, detail-oriented, and technically savvyExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teamsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment CCS offers competitive benefits, a dynamic training program, resources, career advancement, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
