Involved in strategies, solutions, and execution to improve the usability, design, content, and conversion rates of online and eCommerce assets.Responsible for on-going web site development, enhancements and run the business maintenance of enterprise and Lines of Business (LOB) websitesPartner with Web development professionals while contributing to high-traffic, high-profile websitesWork with User Experience team members through the stages of design, development, QA testing, implementation and maintenanceAdhere to best practices for maintaining front-end codeTranslate user experience descriptions into front-end code that is cross-browser compatibleProvide assistance and web development consultation to other departments on web-related topicsServe as the publisher of a website or page, accountable for accurate content and languageIncorporate search engine optimization (SEO) tactics into the content management support for the websiteGather information for needs assessments, and support the development of objectives and timelines for web projectsImplement and maintain webpage graphics; maintain themes, styles and images for websitesJob SpecificationsTypically has the following skills or abilities:Bachelor's degree in New Media, Visual Communications, Design, Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience2+ years professional experience in Digital Media production with some experience in Internet technologies, development and supportExperience with audio, video and other multi-media formatsArt Direction experience in both print and digital mediaStrong skills in Adobe Creative Suite products such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and PhotoshopAbility to work with a high sense of urgency, handling multiple priorities, changing deadlines and constant interruptionAbility to multi-task effectivelyExperience working on and leading cross-department relationships to accomplish design projectsExcellent presentation and conceptual skillsExposure to application interface and online advertisement designA broad knowledge of current design trends and techniques for webUnderstanding of Web site priorities, product development, audience needs, site traffic and page viewsRegularly exercises discretion and independent judgment the in performance of his/her job duties#LI-VISIONCARECompensation range for the role is listed below.
