While our specialized teams manage campaign build-out, fulfillment and execution, your expertise will be crucial in analyzing account performance and developing innovative strategies that empower clients to achieve market dominance. This position is ideal for a results-driven individual committed to delivering exceptional client outcomes.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute effective digital marketing strategies for our clients across all digital marketing channelsLead client communication and serve as the main point of contact between clients and our teamCommunicate consistently, responsively, and proactively to the client's points of contactAnalyze campaign data and provide insights to clients regarding performanceShare new services and recommendations to clients in their best interestContinuously monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns as neededCollaborate with internal team members to ensure client goals are metCreate monthly reports for clients summarizing campaign performance and next stepsKeep abreast of trends, changes, and competitor actions that might affect our clients, and highlight our expertise to build trust and potential impact on clients’ campaignsEffectively manage priorities and multiple projects within your client portfolio and for internal teams 2-3 years of experience in an Account Management role within a digital marketing agency.Proven track record of managing successful omnichannel campaigns for clientsExperience working with campaign diagnostic tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA4Working knowledge of multiple core marketing channels: SEO, PPC, Local Service Ads,  Paid Social, Organic Social, & Design & DevelopmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple clients and campaigns at once Annual salary of $60k + commissionWork remotely from homeUnlimited PTO$100 Wellness Reimbursement Program401(k) with 3% Employer match (Safe Harbor)100% Health Insurance (including fully employer-funded coverage)What to Expect in the Interview Process1.
