This role is the cornerstone of our B2B digital engine responsible for building, executing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns, content, and web experiences that generate qualified leads and support business growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, anticipates project needs before they arise, and brings deep HubSpot expertise alongside a hands-on approach to content, SEO, and marketing automation.RESPONSIBILITIESOwn and manage the HubSpot platform end-to-end across Content Hub, Marketing Hub, and CRMBuild and maintain complex workflows, automated nurture sequences, and multi-touch campaignsCreate and deploy smart content experiences that personalize messaging based on lifecycle stage, industry, and personaBuild, manage, and optimize landing pages with compelling CTAs and A/B testingManage and update the Stearns Bank website using HubSpot Content Hub, ensuring accuracy and brand consistencyDevelop and execute a comprehensive B2B content strategy aligned to buyer journeys and business objectivesAnalyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and website analytics to identify opportunities for continuous improvementDevelop testing roadmaps using A/B and multivariate testing to improve engagement and conversation rates, piloting new digital marketing strategies, customer experiences, and technologiesWrite, edit, and manage high-quality digital content including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, emails, website copy, and social contentCollaborate with subject matter experts, sales, and product teams to translate complex financial topics into clear, compelling contentOwn the organic search strategy, conduct keyword research, optimize on-page content, and manage technical SEO best practicesMonitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, or MozPlan and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns from concept through measurement, including email, paid media support, and content syndicationBuild and manage campaign assets within HubSpot: emails, lists, enrollment criteria, workflows, and reporting dashboardsTrack campaign KPIs, deliver regular performance reports, and optimize based on resultsMonitor platform health, manage integrations, and ensure data integrity across the HubSpot ecosystemMaintain the integrity of marketing databases by overseeing audience segmentation, list hygiene, email validation, and CRM data quality to ensure effective campaign execution and complianceProactively identify project needs, upcoming deadlines, and content gaps before they become issuesContinuously evaluate, recommend, and implement new marketing technologies, tools, and digital capabilities that improve efficiency, personalization, and campaign performanceIdentify opportunities to leverage Hubspot features such as smart content, buyer intent signals, lead scoring, behavioral automation, and personalization to enhance the customer experience and drive conversationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital and content marketing5+ years of hands-on HubSpot implementation and management experienceB2B marketing experience and a demonstrated ability to market to business audiencesHubSpot Content Hub expertise, including website management, landing page creation, and smart contentProven experience building complex HubSpot workflows, campaigns, and automation sequencesStrong SEO knowledge, including on-page optimization, keyword strategy, and performance trackingExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a portfolio of B2B contentExperience with HubSpot reporting and analytics dashboardsDemonstrate exceptional self-management, accountability, and follow-through while working independently in a remote environmentProactively communicate project status, risks, and priorities to stakeholders, ensuring visibility and alignment across teamsAdapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a culture of responsivenessSalesforce experience a plusPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSHubSpot certifications (Content Marketing, Marketing Hub, & CMS Hub)Experience in financial services, banking, or a regulated industryExcellent project management skills, ability to manage your Familiarity with CRM-integrated lead scoring and lifecycle marketingExperience with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, or third-party SEO platformsExperience with Asana or similar project management platform preferredREQUIREMENTSOccasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs Literacy in EnglishAbility to sit for extended periods of time, twist, bend, sit, walk use hands to twist, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, such as computer mouse, computer keyboard, calculator, stapler, telephone, staple puller, etc., reach with hands and arms, balance, stoop, kneel, talk, or hearSpecific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focusTHE COMPANYFounded in 1912, Stearns Financial Services Inc.
